Naturopathy can help with a wide variety of illnesses and ailments, but can also be extremely beneficial as a preventative medicine and making you feel “well” and energised! Naturopaths believe that the “body heals itself” and that by  adhering to a naturopathic lifestyle you can potentially prevent illness and even rid the body of illness.

Why I am qualified to help

Through my passion for health and well-being, I qualified in Naturopathy at the University of Westminster and graduated with a BSc Health Sciences: Complementary Therapies-Naturopathy pathway in 2006, where I later gained a Diploma in Iridolgy and Diploma in Massage.

What will it cost?

I believe that healthy living shouldn’t be expensive so I rarely prescribe expensive supplements, instead I opt for store cupboard home-remedies.

INITIAL CONSULTATIONS (90 Minutes): £60

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS(45-60 Minutes): £40

how many sessions will i need?

Sometimes just 2 sessions are needed, it depends on each individual’s goals, lifestyle and budget. Some people see me once a month, once every two months or even once every 6 months, there is no right or wrong.
